This is the help desk for the key program only. For general questions, please use the following: Helpdesk

This helpdesk is for all Guest Observers (GOs) over the world (not only JAXA). Only questions related to observation planning for KP will be treated. Other questions, e.g. data analysis related to KP, should be handled by the genaral helpdesk of each region (JAXA/JP, NASA/US, ESA/EU).

The KP help desk is available only during the proposal submission period and will be closed after 2026-12-03 (UT).
