Long term Observation plan

Presented is the long term plan of XRISM observation. This is the guideline of observation plan, and actually observation detail might change. The longterm plan will be upgraded periodically (but not real-time). For final observation parameters, please refer to "Observations log"

The longterm plan will be upgraded every 4 months (typically).
