Question
We are planning a proposal for an X-ray transient source.
Our scientific goal is to observe the source in an active phase.
However, we also have scientific motivations for the source in a quiescent phase.
During the AO1, the source has 3 observable windows.
We would like to ask whether the following observation plan for the windows could be acceptable or not:
1. 2024 Aug 19 -- 2024 Oct 20: expect outburst (reserved ToO)
2. 2025 Feb 15 -- 2025 Apr 16: expect outburst (reserved ToO)
3. 2025 Aug 19 -- 2025 Oct 20: observe as non-ToO observation, if no outburst has occurred.

Answer
It is not prohibited. However, it should be notified that it will be accepted as a time-critical observation proposal. Every time-critical observation must be approved only when it is graded as a priority-A target and will not be carried over to the next cycle.
